02 How Programs Are Built

Construction & Review Process

Each Trekano program begins with a structured research phase. Published nutritional science, exercise physiology studies, and independent wellness research are reviewed for applicability to active Indonesian men in urban environments.

A draft protocol is then assembled, cross-referenced against the source material, and submitted for review by a qualified nutrition or wellness professional. Only post-review versions are published.

Programs are date-stamped on publication and re-entered into the review cycle every 24 months. Revisions are logged in the program metadata, not applied silently.
